Priority Area

To increase curiosity and visibility of the drama therapy profession through the use of video shorts.

Two Year Goal

To create a systematic way to solicit, collect and launch video shorts about drama therapy on the Internet as well as our website

Guidelines

  • Must be a member of NADTA to submit
  • Should be 2-4 minutes
  • Consent forms must be obtained for all participants
  • Needs to be submitted in Quicktime to videoshorts@nadt.org. (it will be submitted and reviewed by an Evaluating Committee)
  • Evaluation Criteria:
  • Does the short demonstrate how drama therapy can offer changes in perspective?
  • Does it show the effects of drama therapy in a responsible, ethical manner?
  • Is it understandable and accessible to those outside of our profession?
  • Will it increase curiosity about the field?
  • Is it aesthetically pleasing?
  • Does it articulate a point of view?
